According to online information, the new Apple iPhone 12 series will no longer come with a charger. Apple’s new 20W charger has passed CCC certification, and iPhone 12 is also very likely to support a more efficient alternative pump charging technology. By then, 20W fast charge chargers will become a new market growth point.
In order to meet the upcoming 20W PD fast charging market, the company took the lead in launching a 20W PD fast charging charger, defeating the majority of e-commerce brand customers for ODM / OEM.
Our new 20W PD charger has a fuller appearance than the original Apple 18W charger. It adopts the common two-stage ultrasonic cover welding, the main body shell is bright surface treatment, the pin part bottom cover is matte treatment, and the single USB-C output is adopted. .
The charger input terminal adopts the national standard fixed pin, and detailed product information is printed on the pin side.
Charger model: PN205C; supports 100-240V~50/60Hz 0.5A input, and 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A, 12V/1.5A three-speed output. For the output parameters of the Apple 20W charger, a new 12V / 1.5A voltage file has been added.
The thickness of the charger is equivalent to the diameter of a dollar coin.
We use ChargerLAB POWER-Z KT002 to detect the output protocol of this charger and show that it supports Apple 2.4A, Samsung 5V/2A, QC3.0, QC2.0, DCP, AFC, PD3.0 and other charging protocols.
The PDO message shows that this charger only has three voltage levels: 5V / 3A, 9V / 2.22A, and 12V / 1.5A, which are consistent with the nominal parameters.
I tested this charger to charge the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The voltage is 9.14V, the current is 2.17A, and the charging power is close to 20W. The fast charging mode is successfully turned on.
When charging iPad mini5, the voltage is 12V, the current is 1.42A, and it successfully enters the USB PD fast charging state.
Our newly launched 20W PD fast charge charger is currently in the certification application, and can accept ODM orders from brand customers. Brands are welcome to add ID, appearance and report for safety certification.
